HomeMy WebLinkAbout33 1965-01-05CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 33 #135 A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 33 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS, TEXAS: 1. THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and/or repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to the Zoning Ordinance No. 33 (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be by the City Council, 2. THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission. Duckett tract and being situated in the J. P. Halford Survey, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 7, Fuller Addition to the City of Euless; THENCE S890101E a distance of 190 feet to the West line of Main Street, from which a iron pin in the South line of Fuller Drive bears North a distance of 150.9 feet; THENCE South along the west line of Main Street a distance of 132.86 feet to the north line of a proposed highway; THENCE along a curve to the left and along proposed highway a dish nce of 190.04 feet to the west line of said Duckett tract; THENCE North along the west line of said Duckett tract a distance of 133.35 feet to place of beginning.
