RESOLUTION NO. 34 #136
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 33 (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
1.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and/or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to the Zoning Ordinance No. 33
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that
such changes be the City Council.

THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to tho
City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of
the City Planning
and
Zoning
Commission.

The following described tract or parcel of land being a 9.95 acre
tract conveyed by deed, to Pj',iJT' Chapman as recorded on page 47 of
volume 1810 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and bein!� situated
in the L. Franklin Survey, A-513, Tarrant County, Texas and br-ing
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an existing iron rod from which the southwest corner
of said L. Franklin Survey bears South a distance of 1114.7 feet
and West a distance of 50 feet;
THENCE North a distance of 376.9 feet to an existing iron rod in
the Best R.0.1,1. of Highway No. 157;
THENCE N 890211E a distance of 1150.3 feet to a ironrod set in a
old fence line-,
THENCE South 376,9 feet to a ironrod at a fence post;
