Franklin Survey, A-513, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an existing iron rod from which the Southwest corner of said L. Franklin Survey bears South a distance of 1114.7 feet and West a distance of 50 feet; THENCE North a distance of 376.9 feet to an existing iron rod in the East R.O.W. of Highway No. 157; THENCE North 890219 E a distance of 1150.3 feet to an iron rod set in a old fence line; THENCE South 376.9 feet to an iron rod at a fence post; THENCE S 890 211 W a distance of 1150.3 feet to place of beginning, con- taining 9.95 acres of land more or less.
