CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 33 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW&
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF

THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the datei at
the time and placed in the manner and concerning the matters specified
in the "Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this
resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a- to.1.011.j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

ing Commission of the City of Euless, Texas, in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas on the 16th
day of March 19 64 , at 7:3310 p.m. to consider
petition of Stanley J, Mr, Jr.
for change of Zoning Designation on a 9.95 acre tract situated
in the L. Franklin Survey from "A* Residential to "C" Commercial.
According to the City Tax Records you are the owner of
real property within two hundred feet of this property. All
interested citizens are invited to attend, if they wish to do so.

9.95 ACRE TRACT IN L. FRANKLIN SURVEY, A-513, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS.
The following described tract or parcel of land being a 9.95 acre tract
conveyed by deed records and being situated in the L. Franklin Survey,
A-513, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at an existing iron rod from which the Southwest corner of
said L. Franklin Survey bears South a distance of 1114.7 feet and West
a distance of 50 feet;
THENCE North a distance of 376.9 feet to an existing iron rod in the
East R.O.W. of Highway No. 157;
THENCE North 890219 E a distance of 1150.3 feet to an iron rod set in a
old fence line;
THENCE South 376.9 feet to an iron rod at a fence post;
THENCE S 890 211 W a distance of 1150.3 feet to place of beginning, con-
taining 9.95 acres of land more or less.
