RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION MAKINCx RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 33 (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS.. TEXAS:
1.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and/or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to the Zoning Ordinance No. 33
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that
such changes be by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the
City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of
the City Planning and Zoning Commissions

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "All RE_'I1_)ENTIAL be changed to licit CmjL'!naCjAL
9.95 ACRE TRACT IN L. FRANIMIN SURVEY, A-513, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS.
The following described tract or parcel of land being a 9.95 acre tract
conveyed by deed records and being situated in the L. Franklin Survey,
A-.513, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at an existing iron rod from which the Southwest corner of
said L. Franklin Survey bears South a distance of 1114.7 feet and Chest
a distance of 50 feet;
THENCE North a distance of 376.9 feet to an existing iron rod in the
East R.O.W. of Highway No. 157;
THENCE North 890219 E a distance of 1150.3 feet to an iron rod set in a
old fence line;
THENCE South 376.9 feet to an iron rod at a fence post;
THENCE S 890 211 W a distance of 1150.3 feet to place of beginning, con-
taining 9.95 acres of land more or less.
