RESOLUTION NO, 41
A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING CER-
TAIN PROPOSED CHANGE$ IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 33
(ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, AND
DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER RE-
QUIRED BY LAIN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING CM1ISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at
the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified
in the 'Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this
resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, Texas, in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the 18th- day of
I.'ray , 19 , at 7 : 30 o'clock P.M., at which time
parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be
heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modi-
fications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No, 33, Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which
is attached and made a part of this notice.
