RESOLUTION NO. ``3
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 33 (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
1.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and/or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to the Zoning Ordinance No* 33
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that
such changes be e-- by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the
City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of
the City Planning and Zoning Commission.

EXHIBIT "A"
THAT the zoning classification of the following described property, now
zoned "A" Residential be changed to "C" Commercial.
FIELD NOTES of a tract of land out of the J. P. Halford Survey, A-711,
Tarrant County, Texas, and being more fully described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING 300.0 feet South 89 degrees 48 minutes East of the Northwest
corner of a tract of land conveyed by A. A• Booher to Paul Revere Com-
pany in Volume 3157, Page 193, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE North 0 degrees 53 minutes West a distance of 200.0 feet to a point;
THENCE South 89 degrees 48 minutes East a distance of 103.0 feet to a point;
THENCE South 0 degrees 53 minutes East a distance of 33,6 feet to a point;
THENCE East a distance of 47.0 feet to a point,
THENCE South 0 degrees 53 minutes East a distance of 166.6 feet to a point;
THENCE North 89 degrees 48 minutes West along the North line of said Paul
Revere tract a distance of 150.0 feet to the place of beginning.
