RESOLUTION NO. 47
A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING CER-
TAIN PROPOSED CHANGEV IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO, 33
(ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, AND
DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE PMNNER RE-
QUIRED BY LATI.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMPdISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date,.at
the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified
in the "Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this
resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

NOTICE OT PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, Texas, in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the gist day of
September , 19 65 ,at 7:30 o'clock P.M., at which time
parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be
heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modi-
fications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which
is attached and made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "A" Residential be changed to "C" Commercial
FIELD NOTES
BEING all of lots 10, 11 and 12 out of the Euless Gardens No. 2;
AND, a portion out of the unplatted S. H. Huffman tract;
nPGINNING, at the Northeast corner of Lot 12;
THENCE, North with the East boundary lines of lots 10 & 11, a distance of
100 feet;
THENCE, East for a distance of 138.3 feet;
THENCE, in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 167.2 feet to
the point of beginning.
