A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO. 33); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 12th day of January , 19 6_.5--,
by a vote of 4ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 9th day of. February
, 19 65
at o'clock p.m. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 33 of the City of Euless, as specified on
Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned

Local Business be changed to
The following described tract or parcel of land being the north portion
of the Joseph R. Duckett tract and being situated in the J. P. Raiford
Survey, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of Lot 7, Puller Addition to the
City of Euless;
THENCE S89010'E a distance of 190 feet to the west line of Main Street,
from which a iron pin ih the south line of Fuller Drive bears North
a distance of 150.9 feet;
THENCE South along the west line of Main Street a distance of 132.86
feet to the north line of a proposed highway;
THENCE along a curve to the left and along proposed highway a distance
of 190.04 feet to the west line of said Duckett tract;
THENCE North along the west line of said Duckett tract a distance of
133.35 feet to place of beginning.
