A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO. 33); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas,
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 26th day of January , 19 65,
by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 23rd day of February , 19 65,
at 8 :00 o'clock p.m. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No, 33 of the City of Euless, as specified on
Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this notice.

Being a tract or parcel of land out of the T. A. Cash Survey, situated
in Tarrant County, Texas and described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the New South R.O.W. line of Huffman Drive
and being 148.51 feet South and 629.7 feet West of the Northeast corner
of said Cash Survey;
THENCE South 0 degrees 36 minutes East 1140.49 feet;
THENCE West 650.5 feet;
THENCE North 10 degrees 44 minutes West 1156.73 feet to a point in the
New South R.O.W. line of said Huffman Drive;
THENCE Easterly along said South R.O.W. line North 88 degrees 17 minutes
