A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO. 33); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1O11j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas,
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 26th day of January , 19 65 ,
by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas,

NOTICE OP PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 23rd day of February , 19 65,
at 8 :00 o'clock p.m. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 33 of the City of Euless, as specified on
Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned
"A" Residential be changed to "C" Commercial.
BEING a part of Tract 12 of the Ray Shelton's Subdivision, an addition to
Tarrant County, Texas according to the map thereof recorded in Volume 1792
on Page 93 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas and being more fully
described by metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Tract 12 in the East Line of North
Main Street,
THENCE North, along the Bast line of North Main Street, 191,20 feet to an iron
rod for corner;
THENCE East, 189.20 feet to an iron rod for corner;
THENCE North 138.00 feet to an iron rod for corner in the North line of said
Tract No. 12;
THENCE East, along the North line of said Tract No. 12, 221.50 feet to a
point for corner;
THENCE South, parallel with the East line of North Main Street, 330.00 feet
to a point for corner in the South line of said Tract No. 12;
THENCE West, along the South line of said Tract 12, 415.00 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING.
