A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING CEP.-
TAIP PROPOSED CHANGE$ IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 33
(ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, AND
DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER RE-
QUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RBSOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING CODMIISSION OF EULESS?
TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at
the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified
in the ITTotice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this
resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the 15th
day of March 19 66 , at 7:30 o*clock P. M., at which
time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to
be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, mod-
ifications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which is
attached and made a part of this notice.

BEGINNING 265.5 varas North and 91.4 feet East of the Southwest corner of
said Franklin Survey, said point also being in the East R.O.W4 line of

TICNCE North 04 degreees 12 minutes West along said East R.O.W. line of Fnrn
to Market Road #157 a distance of 188.8 feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE North 89 degrees 35 minutes East with a fence line a distance of
1130.1 feet to a steel rod for. corner;
THENCE South with fence line a distance of 188.8 feet to a steel rod for
Corner;
THENCE South 89 degrees 59 minutes West with fence line a distance'of 1115.0
feet to the place of beginning, and containing 4.865 acres of land, more or
less,
