RESOLUTION N06 60,
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOME-NDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL COWERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 33. (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
1.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and/or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to the Zoning Ordinance No. 33.
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Plan—
ning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such
changes be by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the
City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of
the City Planning and Zoning Commission.

EXHIBIT "A"
THAT the zoning classification of the following described property
now zoned "A" Residential be changed to "C" Commercial
FIELD'NOTES of a 4,865 acre tract of land out of the Levi Franklin Survey,
A-513, Tarrant County, Texas, and. being described by metes and bounds as
follows:
BEGINNING 265.5 varas North and 91.4 feet East of the Southwest corner of
said Franklin Survey, said point also being in the East R.O.W. line of
Farm to Market Road #157;
THENCE North 04 degreees 12 minutes West along said East R.O.W. line of Fdrm
to Market Road #157 a distance of 188.8 feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE North 89 degrees 35 minutes East with a fence line a distance of
1130.1 feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE South with fence line a distance of 188.8 feet to a steel rod for
corner;
THENCE South 89 degrees 59 minutes West with fence line a distance"of 1115.0
feet to the place of beginning, and containing 4.865 aeres of land, more or
less,
