TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CliANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 33. (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESSP TETIYAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY TITS CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EUIESS, TEXAS:
1.
'+FIAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and/or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to the Zoning Ordinance No. 33.
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Plan—
ning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such
changes bee Merle by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the
City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of
the City Planning and Zoning Commission.
