A RESOLtTft ON MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL COMMORNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 33. (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF TIP CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING Ai\1D ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
1.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and/or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to the Zoning Ordinance No. 33.
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Plan-
ning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such
changes be approved by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the
City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of
the City Planning and Zoning Commission.
