TAINI PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 33
(ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, AND
DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER RE-
QUIRED BY LATI,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AMID ZONING CORM".ISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at
the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified
in the "Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this
resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the
day of , 1966at 7m�. o'clock P. M., at which
time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to
be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, mod-
ifications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No, 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which is
attached and made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned "A" Residential be changed to
"C" Commercial
West Part of Tract A, Block 1, Oak Crest Estates
(hlithin the City Limits of Euless)
Being a part of Tract "A" in Block 1 of Oak Crest Estates, an Addition to
the Cities of Fort Worth and Euless as recorded in Vol. 353-14, page 29,
Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, that part of Tract "A" described below
being that part which falls in the City of Euless, said part of Tract "A"
being described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the ;Northwest corner of said Tract "A", said corner being at
the point of intersection of the East line of P-lillican Drive with the South
R.O.W. line of Highway #133;
THE110E South 39 degrees 09 minutes East along the South R.O.W. line of said
Highway 615.9 feet;
THENCE South 1 degree 00 minutes East 486.3 feet to a point in the South
line of Tract "A";
THENCE South 83 degrees Sbe minutes West along the South line of Tract "A"
665 feet to the Southwest corner of said Tract "A", said corner being in
the East line of Millican Drive;
THENCE ilortherly along the East line of Millican Drive and along a curve to
the right having a radius of 621.0 feet a distance of 139.3 feet to the
end of this curve and the beginning of another curve with a radius of
631.0 feet;
THENCE Northerly along said curve and the East line of Millican Drive 207.6
feet to the end of said curve;
THENCE Morth 1 degree 47 minutes Kest along the East line of Hi11ican Drive
115.3 feet to the place of beginning and containing 314,901 square feet or
7.23 acres of land.
