RESOLUTION NO. 70
A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING CER-
TAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO, 33
(ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, AND
DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER RE-
QUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at
the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified
in the 'Votice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this
resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

NOME OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the
day of September , 19 66, at 7-30 o'clock P. M., o,t which
time parties in interest and citizens shall brave an opportunity to
be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, mod-
ifications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which is
attached and made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned "A" Residential be changed to
"C" Commercial
FIELD NOTES
FIELD NOTES of a tract of land out of the S. Huitt Survey, A-705, Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas, and being further described by metes and bounds as
follows;
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of a 5.0 acre tract of land deeded to
J. 0. Johnson and wife, Edith Johnson, as recorded in Volume 3721, Page
546, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and being also 1030.0 feet East
and 894.4 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Huitt Survey;
THENCE West along the South line of said 5.0 acre tract a distance of
755.0 feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE North 217.0 feet to a steel rod for corner in the North line of
said 5.0 acre tract;
THENCE East a distance of 755.0 feet along the North line of said 5.0
acre tract to it's Northeast corner, a steel rod for the Northeast corner
of this tract;
THENCE South 217.0 feet to the place of beginning.
