A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO, 33); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
101ia to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 23rd day of March , 1965,
by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas,

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 13th day of April , 19 65
at 8 100 o'clock p.m. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 33 of the City of Euless, as specified on
Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned
"A" RESIDEN'T'IAL be changed to "C" COMMERCIAL
9.95 ACRE TRACT IN L. FRANKLIN SURVEY, A -513, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS.
The following described tract or parcel of land being a 9.95 acre tract
conveyed by deed records and being situated in the L. Franklin Survey,
A -513, Tarrant County, Tema and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at an existing iron rod from which the Southwest corner of
said L. Franklin Survey bears South a distance of 1114.7 feet and West
a distance of 50 feet;
THENCE North a distance of 376.9 feet to an existing iron rod in the
Bast R.O.W. of Highway No, 157;
THENCE North 89021' B a distance of 1150.3 feet to an iron rod set in a
old fence line;
THENCE South 378.9 feet to an iron rod at a fence post;
THENCE S 890 21' W a distance of 1150.3 feet to place of beginning, con-
taining 9.95 acres of land more or less.
