ORDERING THE IMPROVMENT OF A PORTION OF CREST-
HAVEN DRIVE FROM HIGHWAY 183 TO PIPELINE ROAD AND
HIGHLAND DRIVE FROM HIGHWAY 183 TO PIPELINE ROAD;
PROVIDING THAT A PORTION OF THE COST BE ASSESSED
AGAINST THE ABUTTING PROPERTY AND ITS OWNERS;
PRESCRIBING THE MANNER IN WHICH SUCH ASSESSMENT
SHALL BE MADE AND PAID PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE
OF ORDINANCE OF ASSIGNMENT; SPECIFYING
ACTION UNDER ARTICLE 1106 (a), V.A.T.S.; DIRECTING THE
PREPARATION AND FILING OF NOTICE; AND DECLARING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
