A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO, 33); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernonfs Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas,
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 2 5th day of January , 19 66 ,
by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OP PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 22nd day of February
1966 ,
at 7:30 o'clock p.m. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 33 of the City of Euless, as specified on
Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this notice.

EXHIBIT "A"
THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "A" Residential be changed to "C" Commercial.
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the A. J.
Huitt Survey, A-.684, Tarrant County, Texas and being a part of q.
11.25 acre tract conveyed to M. W, Simmons as recorded on Page 55 of
Volume 1755 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more particu-
larly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an old iron pipe in the South right -of -way of
Huffman Road and being N 0° 221 E a distance of 9.6 feet from
the North corner of Lot 1, Block 1, PARK CRBSTMOOR ADDITION,
City of Euless, Texas.
THENCE S 88° 091 E along the South line of Huffman Road a distance
of 149.1 feet to an iron rod at the intersection of the South line
of Huffman Road and the West line of Simmons Drive;
THENCE S 0° 111 W along the West line of Simmons Drive a distance
of 175.02 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 88° 09' W a distance of 149,65 feet to an iron rod set
in the East line of said Lot 1, Block 1, PARK CRESTMOOR ADDITION;
THENCE N 0° 22' E along the Bast line of said Lot 1, Block 1, PARK
CRESTMOCR ADDITION, a distance of 175 feet to place of beginning,
