RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS. TO APPROVE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
FOR EXTENSIONS TO THE MUNICIPALLY OWNED WATER
AND /OR SEWER SYSTEM FOR THE EULESS MEDICAL & DENTAL, ARTS CENTER
ADDITION WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF EULESS, TEXAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:

as Contractor such contract is hereby approved and the Mayor of the City of
Euless is hereby authorized to execute such instruments as may be necessary for
and on behalf of the City of Euless to endorse its approval thereon and the City
Secretary is authorized and directed to attest the same and to place the cor-
porate seal of the City thereon.
ADOPTED this 8th day of March , 1966 , by a
vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.
