HomeMy WebLinkAbout66-128 03-22-1966RESOLUTION NO. 128 A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE (NO, 33); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW, BE IT P.ESOLVBD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date. at the time and place, in the manner and concernin,- the matters specified in the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution; and THAT notice of Such hearing shall be given as required by Articles 101ia to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernonts Civil Statutes of the State of Texas. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of March , 1966 , by a vote o f 4 ayes and 0 nays at .a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.
