RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
EULESS TO EXECUTE A DEED TO THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH TO 4.64 ACRES, A PART Of WEST SEWAGE TREAT
MINT PLANT LOCATED IN THE W. R. LOVING SURVEY,
TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS.
REAS, the City of Euless has agreed with the City of Fort Worth
to sell a portion of municipally owned property, being 4.64 acres of right
of-way across the city owned ssw•ge tract located in the W, R. Loving
Survey, Tarrant County, Texas; and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless has agreed to convey such tract to the
City of Fort Worth for a considsretlon of $3,712.10 reserving to the City of
Euless utility right -ofway required by the City of Euless across end under
uch 4.64 acre street right of y; and
WHEREAS, such 4.64 tract is more particularly described by
and bounds In Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and by reference
incorporated in this Resolution for all purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED SY THE EULESS CI Tel COUNCIL
That its Meyer, the Honorable W G. Fuller, be, and he is hereby authorized
to execute a deed conveying to the City of Fort Worth the tract of land de
scribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto for consideration of $3,712.00

County, Texas, as conveyed to Municipal Service Company of Texas, by deed recorded in
Volume 3586, Page 173, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and being more par -
ticularly described as follows:
