A RESOLUTION AMENDING AND CORRECTING ENGINEER'S
ROLL PREVIOUSLY APPROVED ON THE 22ND DAY OF DECEMBER,
1964 BY RESOLUTION NO. 77 -B
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of December, 1964, by Resolution No. 77 -B,
the Euless City Council approved and adopted the Engineer's Roll for street
improvement contract No. 2 for the improvement of North Main Street from
State Highway 183 North to Dallas Harwood Road and for the improvement of
South Main Street from State Highway 183 South to Pipeline Road, and
WHEREAS, it has been subsequently determined that certain errors
exists in the said Engineer's Roll adopted by Resolution No. 77 -B,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
1.
That the following revisions, corrections and changes should be
made by amending the Engineer's Roll adopted by Resolution No. 77 -B on
the 22nd day of December, 1964:
Roy F. Braswell - Lot 24, Block 1, Euless Gardens Addition #1.
Property owner entitled to a credit of $75.59 for existing curb
and gutter.
H. H. Fuller is the owner of tract 3 -B, A. J. Huitt Survey.
Assessment Roll incorrectly designating Raymond Fuller as owner.
Mrs. W. Birch tract 11 -E, A. J. Huitt Survey #684. Correct
footage affected by improvement is 271.8 with a corrected
assessment of $472.45.
