RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE COMPLETION OF AND
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENT OF RAIDER DRIVE;
AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1:
That the City Council having determined that the work of
improving Raider Drive as directed by Resolution No. 76, is
now complete, such improvements are hereby accepted by the
City of Euless.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption.
ADOPTED the 12th day of April , 1965, by a vote of
4 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas.
