A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO, 33); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date. at the
time and place, in the manner and concernin;; the matters specified
in the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part
of this Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
101ia to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the
State of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 10 day of May
by a vote of 3 ayes and 0 nays at .a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas,

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 16Ch daft of June , 19 66 ,
at 7 :30 o'clock p.m. at which time parties in interest and citizens
shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed amendments,
supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to the Zoning Ordi-
nance No. 33 of the City of Euless, as specified on Exhibit "A" which
is attached hereto and made a part of this notice.

be changed to
"C" Commercial
FIELD NOTES of Lots 1 thru 9, Euless Gardens, and a tract out of
the A. J. Huitt Survey, A.684, Euless, Tarrant County, Texas;
BEGINNING at the intersection of the Bast R. O. W. line of Simmons
Drive and the South R. O. W. line of Hoffman Road, said point being
the Northwest Corner of said Lot 1;
THENCE South 88 degrees 30 minutes East 560.1 feet to a point in
the West R. O. W. line of Vine Street;
THENCE South 0 degrees 23 minutes East along said West R. O. W.
line of Vine Street 317.2 feet to a point;
THENCE South 35 degrees 54 minutes West and parallel to and 300.0
