A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEAPING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO, 33); AND DIRECTING THAT NC ICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT e. public hearing be held by this Council on the date. at the
time and place, in the manner and concerninj the matters specified
in the "Notice of Public Hearing", attached hereto and made a part
of this Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the
State of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 26th day of July , 19 66
at 7:30 o'clock p.m. at which time parties in interest and citizens
shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed amendments,
supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to the Zoning Ordi-
nance No. 33 of the City of Euless, as specified on Exhibit "A" which
is attached hereto and made a part of this notice.

now zoned A- Residential be changed to C- Commercial
and A -2 Duplex Zoning as described in field notes.

Jasper Survey,Abst.861,Euless,Tarrant County,Texas and being
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the South R.O.W. line of County Road #3020,
(Huffman Drive) 25 feet South and 278 feet East of the Northwest
corner of the Terrell Jasper Survey,said point being the Northwest
corner of a 2 acre tract as conveyed to Ruben Jernigan as recorded

A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO TEE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 33 (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS l TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
1.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and /or
repeals (hereinafter called 'changes") to the Zoning Ordinance No. 33.
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Plan..
ning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such
changes be approved by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the
City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of
the City Planning and Zoning Commission.
