WHEREAS, the Euless City Council has determined that the
portion of Simmons Drive between Highway Number 183 and Huffman Drive
should be changed to Ector Drive, and
WHEREAS, the council has determined that such change in
street name will serve the public interest and welfare, and
WHEREAS, such name change will not adversely affect the
interests of any citizen
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the portion of Simmons
Drive between Highway Number 183 and Huffman Drive be changed to
Ector Drive.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 26th day of July, 1966, by a
vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays.
