A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO. 33); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date. at the
time and place, in the manner and concernin; the matters specified
in the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part
of this Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the
State of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 13th day of September , 19 66 ,
at 7:30 otclock p.m. at which time parties in interest and citizens
shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed amendments,
supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to the Zoning Ordi-
nance No. 33 of the City of Euless, as specified on Exhibit "A" which
is attached hereto and made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned
"C" Commercial
"A" Residential be changed to
West Part of Tract A, Block 1, Oak Crest Estates
(Within the City Limits of Euless)
Being a part of Tract "A" in Block 1 of Oak Crest Estates, an Addition to
the Cities of Fort Worth and Euless as recorded in Vol. 388 -14, page 29,
Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, that part of Tract "A" described below
being that part which falls in the City of Euless, said part of Tract "A"
being described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Tract "A ", said corner being at
the point of intersection of the East line of Millican Drive with the South
R.O.W. line of Highway #183;
THENCE South 89 degrees 09 minutes East along the South R.O.W. line of said
Highway 615.9 feet;
THENCE South 1 degree 00 minutes East 486.8 feet to a point in the South
line of Tract "A ";
THENCE South 88 degrees 54 minutes West along the South line of Tract "A"
665 feet to the Southwest corner of said Tract "A ", said corner being in
the East line of Millican Drive;
THENCE Northerly along the East line of Millican Drive and along a curve to
the right having a radius of 621.0 feet a distance of 189.3 feet to the
end of this curve and the beginning of another curve with a radius of
681.0 feet;
THENCE Northerly along said curve and the East line of Millican Drive 207.6
feet to the end of said curve;
THENCE North 1 degree 47 minutes West along the East line of Millican Drive
115.3 feet to the place of beginning and containing 314,981 square feet or
7.23 acres of land.
