A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO, 33); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date. at the
time and place, in the manner and concernin:; the matters specified
in the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part
of this Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the
State of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 11th day of October , 19 66
by a vote of 3 ayes and 0 nays at .a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMME DATICNS AND REPORT
TO TIE CITY COUNCIL CONING ORTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 33. (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OP EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
1.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements_, changes, modifications, and /or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to the Zoning Ordinance No. 33.
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Plan-
ning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such
changes be denied by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the
City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of
the City Planning and Zoning Commission.
ADOPTED this 4th day of October , 19 66.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 8th day of November , 19 66r�
at 7 :00 o'clock p.m. at which time parties in interest and citizens
shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed amendments,
supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to the Zoning Ordi-
nance No. 33 of the City of Euless, as specified on Exhibit "A" which
is attached hereto and made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "A" Residential be changed to "C" Commercial
FIELD NOTES of a tract of land out of the A. M. Downing Survey,
A-415, Tarrant County, Texas, and being further described by
metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake in the North line of State Highway #183, 96.0
feet North of the Southwest corner of said Downing Survey, said
beginning corner being the Southeast corner of a tract deeded to
E. S. Cromer by W. C. Williams et al on 3rd of November, 1938, said
deed recorded in Volume 1377, Page 490, Deed Records, Tarrant
County, Texas;
THENCE North with West line of said Downing Survey at 376 varas the
