RESOLUTION NO. 90
A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 33 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be hold by this Commission on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this resolution;
and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State of
Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County,
Texas, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless,
Texas, on the 19th day of December , 19_„7„_,
at o'clock P. M., at which time parties in interest
and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modification,
and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A"
which is attached and made a part of this notice.

be changed to �"C" Commercial
Being a tract of land out of the T. W. Cash Survey, Abstract # 280,
situated in the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas and described
by metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at a point in the South line of Huffman Drive, said point
being 25.0 feet South and 629.7 feet West from the Northeast corner
of said Cash Survey:
THENCE South 0 degrees 36 minutes East 400.0 feet to the point of
beginning of the tract herein described;
THENCE South 0 degrees 36 minutes East 864.0 feet to an iron pin for
corner;
THENCE West 650.5 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE North 10 degrees 44 minutes West 883.27 feet to a point for
corner;
THENCE East 811.3 feet to the place of beginning and containing
14.497 acres of land, more or less.
