RESOLUTION NO, 82
A. RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 33 ('ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
E[1LES�S, TITCAS :
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date' at
the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified
in the "Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this
resolution;° and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernonts Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the 19th
day of September , 19 67 , at 7:30 o'clock P.M., at which
time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to
be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes,
modifications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which is
attached and made a part of this notice.

Field Notes of a 16.487 acre tract of land out of the J. P. Halford
Survey, Abst. 711, Euless, Tarrant County, Texas and being more fully
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a steel rod in the West line of Block A, Sheppard
Addition, as recorded in Volume 388-M, Page 583, Deed Records of
Tarrant County, Texas, 300.4 feet North of the Southwest corner of
said Block A;
Thence North 89 deg. 26 min. West along the proposed North R. 0. W.
line of State Highway No. 121-A, 647.0 feet to a steel rod for
corner;
Thence North 0 deg. 26 min. West 1091.2 feet to a steel rod for
corner;
Thence South 89 deg. 21 min. East 669.5 feet to a steel rod for
corner;
Thence South 0 deg. 44 min. West along the West line of Block A,
Sheppard Addition 1090.6 feet to the place of beginning and
containing 16.487 acres of land, more or less.
