TO THE CITY COUNCIL COWERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHALICES IN CRD114ANCE NO, 33. (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE C1TY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION' OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
1.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and/or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to the Zoning Ordinance No. 33.
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "All attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Plan—
ning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such
changes be approved by the City Council.

THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the
City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of
the City Planning and Zoning Commission.

Field Notes of a 16.487 acre tract of land out of the J. P. Halford
Survey, Abst. 711, Euless, Tarrant County, Texas and being more futly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a steel rod in the West line of Block A, Sheppard
Addition, as recorded in Volume 388-M, Pgge 583, Deed Records of
Tarrant County, Texas, 300.4 feet North of the Southwest corner of
said Block A;
Thence North 89 deg. 26 min. West along the proposed North R. 0. W.
line of State Highway No. 121-A, 647.0 feet to a steel rod for
corner;
Thence North 0 deg. 26 min. West 1091.2 feet to a steel rod for
corner;
Thence South 89 deg. 21 min. East 669.5 feet to a steel rod for
corner;
Thence South 0 deg. 44 min. West along the West line of Block A,
Sheppard Addition 1090.6 feet to the place of beginning and
containing 16.487 acres of land, more or less.
