& RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE

TEXAS, AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW&
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF

THAT a public hearing be head by this Commission on the date, at
the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified
in the "Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this
resolution,° and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a- to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the 17th day of October ,
1967, at 7:30 o'clock P. M., at which time parties in interest and citizens
shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed amendments,
supplements, changes, modifications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33,
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibits "A"
and "B" which are attached and made a part of this notice.
