A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOWNDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL. COWEER ING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CtWTGES IN ORDINANCE W0` 3'3. (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OP 18tiESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
1.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and/or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to the Zoning Ordinance No. 33.
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A"" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Plan-
ning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such
changes be approved by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the
City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of
the City Planning and Zoning Commission.
