k RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
N0. 33 (,ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, AND DIRECTING TWIT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAWS
BE IT RES01VED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF

THAT a public hearing be head by this Commission on the date, at
the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified
in the "Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this
resolution;, and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
101la to 1011J, both inclusive, of Vernonts Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
