RESOLUTION NO. 78
A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 33 ('ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOIVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, 'TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at
the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified
in the �tNotice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this
resolution;° and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to.1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon1s Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
