A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO® 33 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESIS, TEXAS;

THAT a public hearing be head by this Commission on the date' at

time and place, in the manner
and concerning the
matters
specified
in
the "Notice of Public Hearing",
attached and made
a part
of this
resolution; and
THAT notice
of such hearing
shall be given as
required
by Articles
1011a- to 1011 j,
both inclusive,
of Vernonts Civil

of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the 20th
day of June lg 67 , at 7:30 o'clock P.M., at which
time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to
be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes,
modifications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which is
attached and made a part of this notice.
