RESOLUTION NO. 71
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMM$NDATIONS AND REPCRT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CON(`ERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN CRDINANCE NO. 33. (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:

THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and/or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to the Zoning Ordinance No. 33.
(Z,nning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Plan-
ning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such
changes be _ a,ppreved by the City Council,

THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the
City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of
the City Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned "A" Residential be changed to
"C" Commercial
West Part of Tract A, Block 1, Oak Crest Estates
(Within the City Limits of Euless)
Being a part of Tract "A" in Block I of Oaf: Crest Estates, an Addition to
the Cities of Fort Worth and Euless as recorded in Vol. 333d114, page 29,
Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, that part of Tract "A" described below
being that part which falls in the City of Euless, said part of Tract "A"
being described by metes and bounds as follows;
BEG IAIi•1 MG at the i?orthwest corner of said Tract "A", said corner being at
the point of intersection of the East line of Millican Drive with the South
R.O.W. line of Highway #183;
THENCE South 39 degrees 09 minutes East along the South R.O.W. line of said
Highway 615.9 feet;
THEPICE South i degree 00 minutes East I;•86.8 feet to a point in the South
line of Tract "A";
THENCE South 88 degrees 51e, minutes West along the South line of Tract "A"
665 foot to the Southwest corner of said Tract "A", said corner being in
the East line of 4lillican Drive;
THENCE Morther)y along the East line of Millican Drive and along a curve to
the right having a radius of 621.0 feet a distance of 189.3 feet to the
end of this curve and the beginning of another curve with a radius of
681.0 feet;
THENCE Northerly along said curve and the East line of Mlillican Drive 207.6
feet to the end of said curve;
THENCE idorth 1 degree 47 minutes West along the East line of Millican Drive
115.3 feet to the place of beginning and containing 314,981 square feet or
7.23 acres of land.
