A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING CEP.-
TAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 33
(ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, AND
DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER RE-
QUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING couirSSiON OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
714AT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at
the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified
in the "Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this
resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the 4th
day of October , 19 66, at 7:30 p.1,0tclock P. M., at which
time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to
be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, mod-
ifications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which is
attached and made a part of this naL-ice.

metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING 60.8 feet South 89 degrees 43 minutes best of the

THENCE Westerly with said curve to the right, 234.1 feet to
the end of said curve;

THENCE Northerly along said East R. 0. W. line of Northwest
Boulevard; With a curve to the left, radius of 858.51
feet, approximately 77 feet to a point; North 0 degrees
19 minutes West 170.0 feet to a point; the beginning
of a curve to the right, radius of 683.93 feet; North-
easterly with said curve to the right, 409.0 feet to a
point for corner;
