TE}CAS, AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.

THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date.. at
the time and place} in the manner and concerning the matters specified
in the "Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this
resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a7 to 1011j; both inclusive, of Vernonts Civil. Statutes of the State
of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public (-fearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City {-tall of Euless, Texas, on the
day of , 19 , at o'clock P.M., at which
time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to
be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes,
modifications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which is
attached and made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "A" Residential be changed to licit Commercial
FIELD NOTES of a tract of land out of the A. M. Downing Survey,
A-415, Tarrant County, Texas, and being further described by
metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake in the North line of State Highway #183, 96.0
feet North of the Southwest corner of said Downing Survey, said
beginning corner being the Southeast corner of a tract deeded to
E. S. Cromer by W. C. Williams et at on 3rd of November, 1938, said
deed recorded in Volume 1377, Page 490, Deed Records, Tarrant
County, Texas;
THENCE North with West line of said Downing Survey at 376 varas the
Southeast corner of a 20.0 acre tract out of James Matson Survey,
deeded to E. S. Cromer by Maud Ward as recorded in Volume 438,
Page 155, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, in all 384 varas
to Northwest corner of tract recorded to E. S. Cromer by J. K. Hammond
as recorded in Volume 418, Page 1, Deed Records, Tarrant Ccu nty,
Texas;
THENCE East 167 varas to a point for corner;
THENCE South 318 varas to a stake in North R.O.W. line of State
Highway #183;
THENCE South 67 degrees 22 minutes West with said North R.O.W.
line of State Highway #183 173 varas to the place of beginning.
Save & Except: a strip 300 feet wide paralleling the said North,R.O.W.
line of State Highway #183 which is already zoned commercial.
