M. Downing Survey, A-415, Tarrant County, Texas, and being further described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a stake in the North line of State Highway #183, 96.0 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Downing Survey, said beginning corner being the Southeast corner of a tract deeded to E. S. Cromer by W. C. Save & Except: a strip 300 feet wide paralleling the said North,R.O.W. line of State Highway #183 which is already zoned commercial.
