RESOLUTION NO. 95
A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIiI PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 33 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE H ;NNER REOU I RED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this resolution;
and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011 oto 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State of
Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County,
Texas, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless,
Texas, on the i, th day of Januami , 19 ,
at Z-,?m o'clock P. M., at which time parties in interest
and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modification,
and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A"
which is attached and made a part of this notice.
