A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONI".ERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CI-IANGES IN CRDINAi CE NO. 33. (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS,^tEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING ARID ZONING: COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:

THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and/or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to the Zoning Ordinance No. 33.
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Plan—
ning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such
changes be approved by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the
City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of
the City Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the Zoning classification of the following described
property now Zoned "A" Residential
be changed to "C" Commercial
FIELD NOTES of part of Tract 1, Ray Shelton Subdivision, out of
B. F. Crowley Survey, A-967, Tarrant County, Texas and being further
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North R.O.W. line of Harwood Road; said
point also being the Southeast corner of said Tract 1, Ray Shelton
Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 1792, Page 93, Deed Records,
Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 89 degrees 59 minutes West along said North R.O.W. line of
Harwood Road, 213.5 feet to a 3/4" pipe;
THENCE North 62 degrees 04 minutes West, 106.9 feet to a steel rod being
in the East R.O.W. line of North Main Street;
THENCE along said East R.O.W. line of North Main Street:
North 0 degrees 11 minutes West, 137.0 feet; a steel rod;
South 89 degrees 25 minutes West,13.0 feet to a steel rod;
North 0 degrees 13 minutes East, 1125.3 feet to a 3/4"
pipe for corner; said point being the Northwest corner of
said Tract 1;
THENCE East with fence line and said North line of Tract 1, 321.0 feet
to the Northeast corner said Tract 1, a steel rod;
THENCE South 0 degrees 10 minutes West with East line of said Tract 1,
1312.2 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 9.5739 acres of
land, more or less.
Note: the above described tract is all of Tract 1, save and except
that portion conveyed to City of Euless for roadway in Volume 4252,
Page 231, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas
