RESOLUTION NO. 98
A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 33 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this resolution;
and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011ato 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State of
Texas.
ADOPTED this 2nd day of January , 19 68.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County,
Texas, in the Council Chambers of the City Hail of Euless,
Texas, on the l6th day of Jonvery 19 ,
at o'clock P. M., at which time parties in interest
and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modification,
and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A"
which is attached and made a part of this notice.

THAT the Zoning classification of the following described
property now zoned "A" Residential
be changed to "C" Commercial
FIELD NOTES of a 26.103 acre tract of land out of the J. P. Halford Survey,
A-711, Tarrant County, Texas, and being described by metes and bounds as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the East R. 0. W. line of F. M. Road # 157, said
point being in the North line of a tract deeded to Paul Revere Company as
recorded in Volume 3157, Page 193, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE North 0 degrees 53 minutes West along said East R.O.W. line of F.M.
Road # 157, a distance of 556.0 feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE East 490.0 feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE North 0 degrees 52 minutes West with fence line 776.8 feet to a steel
rod in the South R.O.W. line of Harwood Road;
THENCE North 88 degrees 12 minutes East along said South R.O.W. line of
Harwood Road with fence line 648.1 feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE South 1 degree 09 minutes East with fence line, 877.7 feet to a steel
rod;
THENCE South 1 degree 23 minutes East 439.0 feet to a point;
THENCE North 89 degrees 48 minutes West, 1148.0 feet to the place of
beginning, and containing 26.103 acres of land, more or less.
