A RESOLUTION MAILING RECOPIMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CCNOERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CI-LOTGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 33. (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AMD ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:

THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and/or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to the Zoning Ordinance No. 33.
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "AE° attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Plan --
ping and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such
changes be approved by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the
City Council., and shall constitute the report and recommendation of
the City Planning and Zoning Commission.

Beginning at a point in the Southeast corner of said tract ad-
joining the Southwest corner of a tract owned by Robert S.
Folsom;
Thence West approximately 4001;
Thence North approximately 2664.67' to Pipe Line Road;
Thence East along Pipe Line Road approximately 653.70' to
property owned by Robert S. Folsom;
Thence South approximately 1529.70'; Thence West approximately
253.70';
Thence South approximately 1134.97' to the point of beginning.
