HomeMy WebLinkAbout67-172 03-14-1967RESOLUTION NO, 172 A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPCISED CHANGES IN THE ZONING OIDINANCE (NO, 33); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS: THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date. at the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution; and THAT notice of such hearing shall be given ad required by Articles 1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State of Texas. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 14th day of March 19 67 by a vote of 3 ayes and 0 nays at .a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas. ATTEST: City Secretary MAYOR NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall, Euless, Texas, on the 11th day of Apr i1 , 19 67 , at 8 :00 o'clock p.m. at which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to the Zoning Ordi- nance No. 33 of the City of Euless, as specified on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this notice. Said corner being in the North R.O.W. line of State Highway 183.
