A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPCISED CHANGES IN THE ZONING OIDINANCE
(NO, 33); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date. at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified
in the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part
of this Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given ad required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the
State of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 14th day of March 19 67
by a vote of 3 ayes and 0 nays at .a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 11th day of Apr i1
, 19 67 ,
at 8 :00 o'clock p.m. at which time parties in interest and citizens
shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed amendments,
supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to the Zoning Ordi-
nance No. 33 of the City of Euless, as specified on Exhibit "A" which
is attached hereto and made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned

"A" Residential be changed to
Being Tract 2A2B, Kitty House Survey.

Beginning at the S.E. corner of a tract conveyed by Ethel Byler to Sellers
on November 19, 1951 and recorded in Book 2374, Page 233, Deed Records of
Tarrant County, Texas. Said corner being in the North R.O.W. line of State
Highway 183.
Thence North along East line of said tract for a distance of 407.5 feet;
Thence West along line of said tract for a distance of 233.8 feet;
Thence South along the line of said tract for a distance of 407.3 feet;
Thence East and parallel to State Highway 183 for a distance of 233.8 feet,
to the point of beginning.
The front 300 ft. being zoned by Ordinance No. 33, for Commercial use.
