A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING AND PROVIDING
FOR PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF iROPOSED ANNEXATION TO
THE TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS;
SETTING A HEARING DATE AND PROVIDING FOR METHOD OF
PUBLICATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
i.
There shall be held a public hearing before this Council
at 7 :00 o'clock p.m on the 29th day of June, 1967, at which hear-
ing all interested parties shall be given an opportunity to be heard
on the proposed annexation of the territory particularly described by
metes and bounds in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof,
being situated In Tarrant County, Texas, and lying adjacent to the City
of Euless, Texas,

That notice of such public hearing shall be published at
least one ties in the Mid- Cities Daily News, the official newspaper of
the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, such notice to be published
not more than twenty (20) days nor less than ten (10) days prior to
such hearing.
Such proposed annexation she 1I be accomplished in accordance
with the provisions of Article 970(a) Acts of 1963, 58th Legislature,
Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas.
IV.
This resolution shall become affective immediately following
its adoption.
ADOPTED this the 5th day of June, 1967, at a called meeting
of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, by a vote of 4 ayes
and 0 nays.
