WHEREAS, from the proceeds of $5,800,000.00 of Water and Sewer System
Revenue Bonds dated July 15, 1965, there has been set aside $200,000,00, in
a fund entitled "Capital Improvement Fund' to be disbursed only upon proper
checks, warrants, or vouchers representing the cost of work done and material
furnished in connection with necessary Capital Improvements pertaining to the
system based upon contractlor's estimate submitted to and approved by the
City's Consulting Engineers, and approved and ordered paid by a resolution
of the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously taken action to authorize
certain projects to be paid from this fund and certain items to be charged
to this fund which are Capital Improvements to the Water and Sewer System
of the City of Euless.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that engineers' fees, water and sewer
extensions (Timberline Estates and Trailwood Addition), manhole construction,
replacing of water lines, partial estimate for water and sewer adjustments to
Spur 350 and Water and Sewer Interest and Sinking Fund payment, in the amount
of $81,2 #4,09, be paid from the proceeds of the $200,000.00, Capital Improve-
ment Escrow Fund, and the Mayor and City Secretary are hereby authorized to
issue certificates of approval for disbursements to the escrow bank holding
the funds for disbursements.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 12th day of December , 1967, by the
Euless City Council, by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays.
