A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(N0. 33); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1O11j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this I*E1t day of March , 19_0_,
by a vote of 3 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 26th day of March • 19 68,
at 8:00 o +clock P. N. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 33 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.
