A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO. 33); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 28th day of January 19 69 ,
by a vote of 4 ayes and 0
nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 25th day of February , 19 69
at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 33 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.

be changed to

All of Lot D end the Eastern portion of Lot E, Block 20,
Midway Park Addition No. 2, an addition to the City of
Euless, according to Plat recorded in Volume 388 -13,
Page 79, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the intersection of the West line
of North Main Street, a 58 -foot wide street, and the South
line of Midway Drive, a 60 -foot wide street;
THENCE S. 00° 35' 00" W., with said West line of North
Main Street, 125.00 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE N. 89° 25' 00" W., with the South boundary of said
Midway Park Addition No. 2, 175.75 feet to the Southeast
corner of a tract of land conveyed by Midtown Medical
Center, Inc., to Stanley Goldstein and Fred Goldstein;
THENCE N. 000 50' E., 127.65 feet to a point for corner
in the South line of Midway Drive;
THENCE South 89° 12' E. along the South line of Midway
Drive, 173.90 feet to the Point of Beginning.
