WHEREAS, the City of Euless desires to participate with the Trinity
River Authority and the neighboring municipalities of Irving and Grand
Prairie in the project known as the Bear Creek Sanitary Sewer Trunk Main,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless will, subject to review and approval by
the Euless City Council of contract documents, plans and specifications,
cooperate financially in such construction of the Bear Creek Sanitary Sewer
Trunk Main;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
SECTION I. The City of Euless does hereby express its general accord with
the proposal to construct the Bear Creek Sanitary Sewer Trunk
Main and engineering project and it does hereby express its
willingness to cooperate financially with the Trinity River
Authority and the Cities of Irving and Grand Prairie, subject
to review and approval of contracts, final documents and
plans and specifications.
SECTION 11. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of
passage, and it is accordingly so ordered.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, on this
eleventh day of February, 1969.
